Current order processing is 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on our product and shipping pages. Note that the warehouse does not ship items on Saturdays or Sundays.
Our standard shipping method is USPS mail which has an average delivery time of 2-5 days depending on your location. We also offer multiple options for expedited shipping. Large orders may be shipped through UPS Ground. Please check your inbox for tracking information as we will automatically send a tracking number to the email on file with the order. For orders of 50 or more, please contact us in advance and we can arrange that for you. customerservice@myrakit.com
Yes. International shipping is done through USPS, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order size. Please contact us with questions or for an order quote.
It depends on the venue. Before attending any stadium, arena, or indoor/outdoor venue, we strongly encourage people to check the venue’s website for prohibited items.
While it is important to note that the noise created by RAKIT is 100% natural (i.e.- not electronically powered), we neither represent, warrant, nor guarantee that RAKIT will be allowed into any indoor or outdoor venue. If you are purchasing RAKIT for a specific event, please do your research before you purchase your RAKIT.
No. However, due to the high-polish acrylic, it is highly recommended to use either RAKIT Beads or round plastic beads only, as hard materials (especially with edges) will cause micro-scratches on the acrylic. It certainly isn't the end of the world, but it will cause the clear acrylic finish to look "cloudy".
While all plastics scratch, RAKIT is made with high-grade acrylic which is significantly stronger, has greater optical clarity, and is considerably more durable and scratch-resistant compared to traditional plastic. Our beads are specifically designed to minimize scratching created from prolonged use compared to many other types of beads found in stores.

Yes. Only while in Mode 1, quickly double-press the button to toggle between 3 preset brightness settings: Low/Medium/\High
Ha! We do that all the time, which is why we created an Auto-Off Function that turns the unit off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Not yet. We made RAKIT clear and white, so it can be customized with just about any team color. However, we are currently in R&D on new colored silicone sleeves that will slide over the Base (the white battery bay) for additional grip and customization.
No. There are 5 LED light settings/modes set to either all white or preset colors. See the Instructions for further information.
The short answer? It depends. By using LED technology and incorporating an Auto-Off Function, RAKIT was explicitly designed to maximize the battery life of the unit. Battery life depends on multiple factors, including:
1. What LED mode is used (different modes use more or less power)?
2. What brightness setting are you using?
3. The brand of batteries you are using.
4. Length of time between uses.
