1. Domestic Shipment Methods
Our standard shipping method is USPS mail which has an average delivery time of 2-5 days depending on your location. Large orders may be shipped through UPS Ground. Please check your inbox for tracking information as we will automatically send a tracking number to the email on file with the order. For orders of 25 or more, please contact us in advance and we can arrange that for you. email@example.com

Current order processing is 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on our product and shipping pages.
3. International Shipping
International shipping is done through USPS, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order size. Please contact us with questions or for an order quote.

We proudly offer a satisfaction guarantee: If you are unhappy with your purchase within 15 days of your order, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed in a few business days. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us (email@example.com).
Exchanges (if applicable) - We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we will send you a return authorization number and address to ship your item(s).
Gifts - If the item was sent to you as a gift, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are return shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
